- USB gives you rune allocation
- Each USB stores a directory or file hash
- Each USB is marked with different runes/colors (rarity)
- Tree-levels: 0 = root, <n> = leaf
- The closer the level is to the root, the more runes you obtain
- Having both a file and its parent folder increases the rune allocation (recursive) 
- N. runes is determined both by USB rarity and level
- All previous information is encoded in the USB
- No activation required

At block 840,000, the USB decryption method and runes will be distributed to the holder
If the web2.0 goes down, people will still be able to download it directly from Bitcoin
