RULES:
1. Each NODEAPE inscription comes with a RUNIC MINER and CBRC-20 tokens to participate in the economy.
2. Runic miner is automatically activated at a bitcoin blockheight of 833,000 and starts mining runes.
3. Runes will be allocated to an address with runic miner per bitcoin block until supply is fully allocated.
4. Runes will be allocated based on NORMAL mode paired with RARITY, JUGGERNAUT and HALVENING modes of operation.
5. Accumulated runes will be distributed once runes protocol launches on bitcoin.

ALLOCATION OF RUNES:
> NORMAL: a fixed reward of 10 runes per block per runic miner.

> +RARITY: rarer the ape, more runes a runic miner can mine per block. Rarity rank range of ape = #[1-100] = 20 | #[101-1000] = 10 | #[1001-2000] = 9 ... #[9001-10000] = 1 rune.

> +JUGGERNAUT: a boosted reward of 10 more runes per block after ape drinks juggernaut which will be activated automatically at a blockheight 834,000 and requires maintaining a balance of 100 CYBD (CBRC-20) tokens per ape per miner to keep boosting.

> +HALVENING: at bitcoin blockheight of 840,000, 100 random apes holding at least 1 runic miner gets 10% of runes supply allocated.

TOKENOMICS:
- RUNE TOKENS: 10,000,000,000 [allocation is variable and happens once per bitcoin block]
- CBRC-20 TOKENS: 10,000,000 [allocation is fixed and happens once per NODEAPE]

RUNES PROTOCOL INTRODUCTION:
